After graduation from the University of Maryland’s Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1971 Dr. Weiner served as an Air Force general dental officer at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Upon completion of his four-year military commitment, he returned to Maryland for his pediatric dental training.
He and his wife, Hollace, were both raised and educated on the East Coast, but the Sunbelt, Phil Bailey, and the spirit of adventure lured them and their young family to Texas. Dr. Weiner taught at Baylor College of Dentistry with Paul P. Taylor and Suzie Seale while establishing and building his practice in Fort Worth.
Dr. Weiner attended his first SWSPD Ski Meeting in 1982 and has been a regular ever since. He has served as chairman of this meeting and as Southwestern District Trustee to the AAPD Board of Directors. He is a Diplomate and a Fellow of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
