Dr. Scott Cashion is currently the President of AAPD. He has a private practice in Greensboro, NC and also holds a position as adjunct assistant professor at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Cashion is a graduate of the AAPD Leadership Institute and the Advanced Leadership Institute at Wharton. He has served as Chair of the Council on Government Affairs and the Chair of the Council on Membership and Membership Services. Dr. Cashion was previously the President of the North Carolina Dental Association, The North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Guilford County Dental Society. He is a diplomate of the ABPD, and received his dental degree and pediatric dental training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
