She and her husband Tim are the founders of Alcan Dental Cooperative\, a practice partnership organization for pediatric dentists\, by pediatric dentists. The Ottos also founded Kids Tooth Team Pediatric Dentistry\, a pediatric specialty group practice with locations in Texas and Michigan\, and Kids Tooth Team Outreach\, a 501c3 that utilizes a 2-operatory dental RV to provide a school based dental home and free dental care to underserved children in central Texas. Dr. Otto is the incoming president of the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry\, a member of the Texas Dental Association’s Council on Professions and Trends\, and a national ADA Success Program speaker.
