Ski Meeting events will take place at the Viewline Snowmass Resort, however the SWSPD room block at the resort is SOLD OUT. There are still rooms available (as of 7/15/24) at the Viewline Resort, but not at the discounted room block rate. Here are alternate lodging options:
Laurelwood Condominiums – 5% off of the best available rate at the time of booking, with a 5-night minimum. Stays less than 5 nights will be subject to standard rates. Find availability at www.laurelwoodcondominiums.com and make your reservation by calling (970) 923-3110, ext. 1 and mention SWSPD.

Arrival at the Airport
For travel within the U.S., we recommend arriving 60 minutes before your flight if you are not checking bags and 90 minutes before your flight if you are. For international travel, we recommend arriving 2 hours before your flight. Expect extended lines for the Security Checkpoint.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than January 10, 2025. A full refund, less a $100/doctor administrative fee, will be issued for those received by that deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 10 or meeting no-shows except in extenuating circumstances as determined by the SWSPD board of directors. All refunds will be processed within 45 days after the meeting. There is an option for registration insurance at the end of your registration process that does not have a deadline. Be sure to read the details and terms.
