Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than January 10, 2025. A full refund, less a $100/doctor administrative fee, will be issued for those received by that deadline. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 10 or meeting no-shows except in extenuating circumstances as determined by the SWSPD board of directors. All refunds will be processed within 45 days after the meeting. There is an option for registration insurance at the end of your registration process that does not have a deadline. Be sure to read the details and terms.
