Dr. LaRee Johnson graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry before completing a 3-year pediatric dentistry residency and Master of Science degree at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Johnson was part of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Kellogg Leadership Institute Cohort V and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of North Carolina. She has been inducted into the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Johnson has served as the president of the North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and is the current president of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
