Attention Doctors with a Texas license…

This course matches the controlled substance CE requirement for DEA registration holders (22 Texas Administrative Code §111.1(b)). An attendee can also cross apply the 2 hours to the controlled substance CE requirement for dentists providing direct patient care — 4 hours total for license renewal–(22 Texas Administrative Code §104.1(2)(B)).

This course can be used to satisfy both the new 2-hour requirement for prescribers with DEA permits as well as 2 of the 4-hour biennial requirement for dentists providing direct patient care.
